For RevOps
Run the revenue system. Stop rebuilding it.
You run the system that creates pipeline. Gradient Works connects territory design, book management, routing, and account scoring so reps always work the right accounts.
01The shift
Before and after Gradient Works
Before Gradient Works
- Territory planning is a spreadsheet rebuilt from scratch every year.
- Every stakeholder question means another manual revision.
- Reassignment requests arrive one at a time, forever.
- The account score you built is ignored in the field.
- Coverage is a different spreadsheet for every manager.
After Gradient Works
- Territory plans are generated from account fit in an afternoon.
- Scenarios are compared side by side, each with its analysis.
- Books rebalance themselves against capacity rules.
- Scores drive assignment, so acting on them is the default.
- One definition of coverage, applied across the whole team.
02What you get
What RevOps get with Gradient Works
- Plan without the rebuild loop
Describe the constraints and get a plan, the analysis behind it, and the visuals to defend it. The next revision takes minutes, which changes what stakeholders can reasonably ask for.
- Execute without the ticket queue
Capacity and fit rules handle distribution and retrieval. You stop being the bottleneck for every ownership change, and every change is recorded.
- Optimise with real coverage data
Segment coverage and rep engagement reporting show where pipeline is being created and where capacity is pointed at nothing.
The work that makes RevOps valuable is designing the system. The work that fills the calendar is maintaining it by hand. Closing that gap is the whole point.

What they say
For a two-person team like ours, we can now do things at a level and scale that would usually take a 5, 6, or 7-person RevOps organization.
You can’t just tell reps something, you have to show them. Within a few months, I had people slacking me about how cool it was.
We’ve automated our MQL distribution process with Gradient Works, which has been instrumental to scaling our sales organization for the next stage of our company’s growth.
04Questions
Questions we hear from RevOps teams
How long is implementation?
Typically two to four weeks, and most teams have a working territory scenario the same day they connect their CRM. The long pole is usually agreeing internally on capacity rules, not the technical setup.
Do I need clean CRM data first?
No, and waiting for clean data is how these projects die. Scoring works from closed-won similarity rather than manually maintained segment fields, so messy data hurts much less than it would otherwise.
What does this replace?
Usually a territory spreadsheet, a manual reassignment process, and often a separate routing tool. It sits alongside your CRM and your sequencer rather than replacing either.
How much of this can I drive programmatically?
All of it. Territory planning, routing setup and debugging, flow management and rep metrics are exposed through the MCP and available to any AI agent.
