03Origin
The Gradient Works story
We started Gradient Works to tackle one of the most painful things in revenue at scale — making sure the right rep takes the right action with the right account at the right time — with a new approach to territory management that helps sales leaders increase attainment. We call it dynamic books.
Territories are the last untouched frontier for rep productivity. They’re also universally loathed by sales teams. Because of that, we’re not building a SaaS product to make the old way easier; we’re pioneering a new way.
We think dynamic books is the coverage model sales teams will adopt in the future; in a few years zip codes and simple industry segmentation will be archaic.
So far, our customers’ results show that we’re right. They set more meetings, create more opportunities, and expand into new segments.
