Market Map
Scores reps actually trust
Market Map groups and scores every account by similarity to your best customers. RevOps, marketing and sales get one clear picture of the market.
01Overview
A complete picture of your market
Most companies have a score. Few have a score their reps believe. The gap is usually explainability: a number with no reasoning behind it gets ignored, no matter how good the model is.
Market Map scores every account by similarity to your closed-won customers and shows the work — the cluster, the attributes, and the five customers the account most resembles.
02Capabilities
What Market Map does
- Similarity Scoring
Every account scored by similarity to your closed-won customers rather than against a rules table someone maintained by hand two quarters ago. Reps see a number they can defend.
- Smart Clusters
AI reads each company's website and groups similar businesses into named clusters. You find segments you did not know you had, and you stop treating "Software" as one market.
- Explainable Detail
Every account panel shows its AI-generated summary, cluster assignment, attribute pills, and the five most similar target accounts. The score comes with its reasoning attached.
- Built for Reps
The score is not a RevOps artifact. Reps see why an account fits and which of your customers it resembles before they make the call.

What customers say
You can’t just tell reps something, you have to show them. Within a few months, I had people slacking me about how cool it was.
Our reps are thrilled because they know the accounts we assign from Gradient Works are going to be worth reaching out to, and our ops team loves having this new ability to source high-potential accounts.
06Questions
Market Map FAQs
How is this different from a traditional lead score?
A traditional score is a weighted rules table that someone has to maintain. Market Map scores by similarity to the customers you actually closed, so it reflects your real business rather than a set of assumptions about it.
What are Lookalikes?
Lookalikes source new prospect accounts that resemble your best customers but are not yet in your CRM. Same similarity model, pointed outward instead of inward.
Do reps see the reasoning or just a number?
The reasoning. Each account shows a generated summary, its cluster, its attributes and the five most similar target accounts — which is what makes the score credible to the person being asked to act on it.
What data sources does it work with?
Salesforce, HubSpot or a CSV upload. The managed package is not required for scoring.
